DE C.V., with address at AVENIDA INSURGENTES SUR 428, INT 510, COLONIA ROMA SUR, ALCALDÍA CUAUHTÉMOC, MEXICO CITY, C.P. 06760, declares that the personal data it collects from its CLIENTS is treated in a strictly confidential manner. Therefore, the obtaining, processing, transfer, and exercising of rights derived from said personal data are carried out through appropriate, legitimate, and lawful use, permanently safeguarding the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., con domicilio en AVENIDA INSURGENTES SUR 428, INT 510, COLONIA ROMA SUR, ALCALDÍA CUAUHTÉMOC, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, C.P. 06760, manifiesta que los datos personales que recabe de sus CLIENTES, son tratados de forma estrictamente confidencial, por lo que la obtención, tratamiento, transferencia y ejercicio de los derechos derivados de dichos datos personales, es mediante un uso adecuado, legítimo y lícito, salvaguardando permanentemente los principios de licitud, consentimiento, información, calidad, finalidad, lealtad, proporcionalidad y responsabilidad.

With respect to the personal data that is voluntarily and directly provided by its CLIENTS, such as the following, mentioned in an illustrative but not limiting manner: (i) name, (ii) address, (iii) email address, (iv) telephone number, (v) business and asset data, (vi) banking information and the like, INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. states that it will process the personal data of its CLIENTS for the following purposes:

Con relación a los datos personales que de forma voluntaria y directa son proporcionados por sus CLIENTES, como son los siguientes que se mencionan en forma enunciativa más no limitativa: (i) nombre, (ii) domicilio, (iii) correo electrónico, (iv) teléfono, (v) datos empresariales y patrimoniales, (vi) información bancaria y análogos, INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. manifiesta que tratará los datos personales de sus CLIENTES para las siguientes finalidades:

1. Provide the services referred to in the "Service Agreement," hereinafter "THE AGREEMENT," in accordance with the provisions of said instrument and its annexes.
2. Attend to and follow up on the aforementioned service requests that CLIENTS may make.
3. Store and track the cases and matters arising from the use of the services under the service provision scheme referred to in "THE CONTRACT," in accordance with the provisions established by the applicable legal regulations.
4. Contact the holders of said personal data by phone or email.
5. Contact CLIENTS by any means necessary to make clarifications and follow-ups regarding payments or any other issues arising from the services provided under "THE CONTRACT".
6. Register them in your accounting system for access to personal data by authorized personnel.
7. Issuance of electronic invoices, credit notes, or payment supplements derived from services rendered.
8. Incorporate them in the legal instruments required for the formalization of the aforementioned service provision scheme, as well as any service derived from said scheme.
9. Create a CUSTOMER database.
10. For any act or activity that is related to the service provision scheme.

1. Proveer los servicios a que se refiere el “Contrato de Prestación de Servicios”, en lo sucesivo “EL CONTRATO”, conforme a lo señalado en dicho instrumento y sus anexos.
2. Atender y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de servicios antes señalados, y que los CLIENTES puedan efectuar.
3. Almacenarlos y dar seguimiento a los casos y asuntos derivados del uso de los servicios del esquema de prestación de servicios a que se refiere “EL CONTRATO”, atendiendo a las disposiciones que en esta materia establecen las disposiciones legales aplicables.
4. Contactar vía telefónica o por correo electrónico a los titulares de dichos datos personales.
5. Contactar a CLIENTES por cualquier medio, a fin de realizar aclaraciones y seguimientos sobre pagos o cualquier otra situación derivada de los servicios proporcionados a través del esquema de prestación de servicios a que se refiere “EL CONTRATO”.
6. Registrarlos en su sistema contable, para el acceso a los datos personales, por las personas autorizadas para ello.
7. Emisión de facturación electrónica, notas de crédito o complementos de pago derivados de los servicios prestados.
8. Incorporarlos en los instrumentos jurídicos que se requieran para la formalización del citado esquema de prestación de servicios, así como de cualquier servicio derivado de dicho esquema.
9. Crear una base de datos de CLIENTES.
10. Para cualquier acto o actividad que se encuentre relacionada con el esquema de prestación de servicios.

To prevent unauthorized access to CUSTOMERS' personal data and in order to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. has implemented physical, electronic and administrative procedures, using advanced technologies that limit the use or disclosure of such data, allowing it to treat them properly, and prohibiting the removal of any information containing personal data from INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V.'s offices.

Para prevenir el acceso no autorizado a los datos personales de los CLIENTES y con el fin de asegurar que la información sea utilizada para los fines establecidos en este aviso de privacidad, INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. ha implementado procedimientos físicos, electrónicos y administrativos, utilizando tecnologías avanzadas que limitan el uso o divulgación de dichos datos, lo que le permite tratarlos debidamente, y prohibiendo extraer de las oficinas de INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. cualquier tipo de información que contenga datos personales.

INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. may transfer personal data to national or foreign third parties, such as its affiliated or related subsidiaries, economic agents or service providers, and in general any third party, when it is related to the “Contract”. Likewise, INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. may transfer the personal data in case of being required by a competent authority, or derived from any legal provision that orders it.

INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. podrá transferir los datos personales a terceros nacionales o extranjeros, tales como a sus subsidiarias afiliadas o relacionadas, agentes económicos o proveedores de servicios, y en general cualquier tercero, cuando ello tenga relación con el “Contrato”. Asimismo, INLE OWO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. podrá transferir los datos personales en caso de ser requeridos por autoridad competente, o bien, derivado de alguna disposición legal que así lo ordene.
